Strawberry Poke Cake

I baked myself a poke cake for my birthday. The whipped topping is only on individual portions due to the fact my grandson is lactose intolerant. We couldn’t find any lactose free or nondairy whip cream.

I baked a strawberry 🍓 cake and poured strawberry jello over the top after poking holes in the top portion. This is my portion for today and it is delicious. Happy Birthday to Me!
