California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) Swim Meet
To Qualify to swim in the California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) Swim Meet, a high school athlete must have met a qualifying time in a previous high school swim meet to be Qualified. Fortunately, m eldest son did Qualify to attend the CIF swim meet held in Long Beach California during his senior year of high school in 1999. My other two children and I were lucky enough to be able to attend the swim meet to watch him compete.
